Kelsey Hallin
Kelsey Hallin, a rodeo athlete from Harvard, Illinois, has already made a name for herself in the rodeo industry. Kelsey served as Miss Wisconsin High School Rodeo for two terms where she was able to attend hundreds of community events and rodeos across the country.
At the age of seventeen, Kelsey started Rafter H Ranch & Performance Horses where she trains horses, teach lessons, and puts on clinics of all skill levels and events/disciplines.
After High School, Kelsey attended McHenry County College where she earned an Associates in Arts and worked full time training horses. She went on in her pageant career to win Miss Illinois Horse Fair, where she promoted the horse industry across the state of Illinois.
