CYBERSPACE FanCentro and the Adult Performance Artists Guild (APAG) have teamed to host a free webinar on Wednesday, May 12 covering the topic of censorship on social media for adult performers, influencers and other sex workers.
Titled Staying Safe on Social, the seminar takes place at 11 a.m. PT and will be hosted by Centro University instructor MelRose Michaels, joined by APAG officers Alana Evans (president), Ruby (vice president), Kelly Pierce (secretary), Amberly Rothfield (marketing and business consultant) and Jim Felton (legal consel).
“It’s extremely important for influencers to understand what rights they have when they’re using various social media platforms,” FanCentro VP Kat Revenga said. “Without fully knowing what your rights are, it’s impossible to protect them, so we partnered with the wonderful team at APAG to give influencers the tools they need to protect themselves and their content.”

After falling 21 points behind early in the second half, the Hettinger-Scranton squad rallied in the final minutes before losing to Glenburn by a narrow 59-55 score Saturday in the seventh-place game at the state girls basketball tournament in Minot.
Samantha Oase, playing in her final prep basketball game for the Night Hawks, finished with 22 points and 21 rebounds for another doublle-double. She hit 11 of 20 in shooting, and was 0-for-2 from long range. Oase also had six steals.
The Black Hills State University recruit was also the high scorer in the game.
The Panthers scored first in the game, but Oase put the Night Hawks on the board and tied it for the only time as Glenburn went on to claim a 13-8 by the end of the quarter.

Hettinger-Scranton may be without former seniors Alyssa Andress, Carolyn Schultz and Quinn Mellmer in this upcoming season. But with the leadership of senior forward Samantha Oase, the Night Hawks could be on the verge of earning a three-peat in the Class B Region 7 tournament in early spring.
The Night Hawks started its strong streak in 18-19 ending the season with a 25-4 record and went 18-0 in region play, earning the Class B Region 7 title, but lost both games in the state tournament.
