The 5th Winterfest Celebration takes place this weekend in downtown Faribault beginning this evening with the Hometown Holidays event at Buckham Center.
Heidi Nelson, Executive Director of the Paradise Center for the Arts in downtown Faribault told KDHL the Fall Festival and Southern Minnesota Art Tour were fun.
Today the Fleckenstein Bluffs Park in Faribault was dedicated during a brief ceremony in the park. A ribbon cutting concluded the program with a descendant doing the honors.
