Terence Darrell Kelly, 37, was last month jailed for more than 10 years after pleading guilty to the abduction of four-year-old Cleo from her family s tent at a WA campsite.
During his sentencing last month, it was revealed the 37-year-old was high on methamphetamine and looking for things to steal when he came across the family’s tent in WA’s north.
