BELLINGHAM, Wash. Travelers may encounter delays this week due to construction and maintenance projects.
Monday, Northbound I-5 near Nulle Road will be reduced to one lane overnight and on Tuesday, Southbound I-5 near the Meridian Street onramp will be reduced to one lane from 9pm to 4am.
An annual inspection of the Whatcom Chief may delay or cancel the 1pm round-trip from Lummi Island on Wednesday.
Work on Kellogg Road will continue throughout the week with one lane of traffic open to drivers.
Work on Meridian will continue from 7pm to 7am through the week with lane shifts and single-lane closures as needed.

Popular Searches During this current pandemic restrictions, Life Force Ninja is busy for a major expansion. The obstacle course/fitness gym is moving into the former Trampoline Zone space at 4201 Meridian St., near the Kellogg Road intersection.
Co-owner Becca Margulies said they are spending the month of December moving equipment into the new space, which at 18,000 square feet is more than three times the size of their current facility. They hope to be open in mid- or late-January, but that will depend on where things are with the pandemic. Current restrictions have closed gyms until at least Monday, Jan. 4.
