On Jan. 19, just after 7 a.m., 100-year-old Formet became the first member of the public vaccinated at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center s mass COVID-19 vaccination site, kicking off a distribution plan that starts with first-round vaccines for those who are 80 and older and rolls out to younger ages in the coming weeks.
