Thanks to Early Decision I and the QuestBridge Scholars Match program, the first students in Emory’s undergraduate Class of 2028 have been selected. Bringing impressive academic records and expansive thinking, their futures are certainly bright.
The Class of 2027 is beginning to take shape, with Early Decision I and QuestBridge students admitted to the Atlanta and Oxford campuses, ready to take on their future at Emory.
On Dec. 15, 804 students were admitted to Emory College, Oxford College or both. These outstanding Early Decision I applicants join 61 students who matched to Emory through QuestBridge, which links talented low-income scholars with leading universities, to build the foundation for the Class of 2026.

Emory University has extended its test optional policy for applicants who plan to enroll as first-year and transfer students in Fall 2022.
“The global Coronavirus pandemic continues to impact the availability of SAT and ACT testing for many students,” says John Latting, dean of undergraduate admission. “We do not want students to feel pressured to take exams if they can’t do it near home and in a safe environment.”
