A luxurious 19-unit development has been proposed for Rockhampton, with secure gated living and a private pool for each unit.
The $7.8 million development is the latest project for well-respected Rockhampton developers, Kele Property Group. PennyCove is located at 99 and 101 Pennycuick Street, The Range.
The 7500m2 development site is located on 99 and 101 Pennycuick Street and overlooks the 8th hole of the Rockhampton Golf Course.

The new proposal is for a multiple dwelling development with 19 single-story separate buildings centred around an internal access driveway.

Rockhampton’s commercial development industry is absolutely booming post-COVID with works about to begin on countless projects.
Come five weeks time, there will be two new service stations under construction, joining the plethora of approved developments beginning. The Mobil service stations will be built by Sydney-based group, RCI Group, on Queen Elizabeth Drive and Albert Street.
The service stations are expected to take three to four months to complete and will employ around 10 staff each once open.
The Queen Elizabeth Drive facility is on the site of the Capricorn Caravan Centre.
The Northside service station will have eight fuel bowsers, a retail shop, water and air station and a dog wash.

Subscriber only Cocobrew Express, Rockhampton s first architecturally designed drive-through coffee shop, has been approved to be built on a main highway corner site. The $1.35m development will be located on the corner of George and Albert St, across from Browne Park. It is a project of well-known Rockhampton developer John Kele of Kele Property Group. The leasees of Cocobrew, which KPG developed in 2019, will operate the site. The site, 40-44 Albert St, currently has three dilapidated houses which will be removed for the development.
