Through a partnership between the Kelberman Center and the Fitness Mill, Jenna LaLonde, is rehabbing from bilateral Achilles tendons surgery with Fitness 4 All program.

New York Mills, N.Y. - Jenna LaLonde, the only survivor of triplets with cerebral palsy who has gone on to exceed expectations.
There is no stopping Jenna LaLonde.
Fast forward to August and October of 2020, Jenna would go on to have bilateral Achilles tendons surgery which left her unable to walk for months. Thanks to a partnership with the Kelberman Center and the Fitness Mill she is back on her feet.
Now is the time people are making New Year’s resolutions, and improving your mental outlook may be on your list.
Or perhaps you are looking for a new job or a change of scenery. Maybe you want to begin to or restart exercising.
“(People need) something other than watching television and marinating in misery,” said Dr. Andrew Kinney, a psychologist with New Hartford Psychological Services.
Kinney was talking about ways people may be able to mentally deal with the pandemic. He suggested exercising, joining an online community and classes and exploring new creative outlets, such as art, as ways to cope.
11-year-old creates and donates masks to Kelberman Center
Caroline Holtslander of Rome saw a shortage of masks in her community and decided to do something about it.

At just 11 years old, Caroline Holtslander has been a business owner for years.
“I started making masks when I was 10, but I started my own company when I was 8,” said Holtslander.
Her company is called Dangles by Caroline – for now. She says a name change, “Caroline Mae Designs” is coming soon.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic her craft business of designing and selling accessories now includes sewing masks.
10 Year Old Rome Girl Sews And Donates Over 800 Face Masks
This talented 10-year-old, Caroline Holtslander of Rome, is making a positive difference in the community.
Talk about turning lemons into lemon-aid, this girl didn t let COVID-19 stop her from being awesome! When the pandemic hit, Caroline started her own business sewing masks to help people in need due to the mask shortage.
Now, Caroline has taken it a step further, she s still sewing masks, over 800 to be exact, but this time to support The Kelberman Center, a local organization that provides services and supports to children and adults with autism.
