Today, 19 days after police tossed freddie gray in the back of that police van, the Baltimore City states attorney shocked the citizens of this city say she has found probable cause to charge Six Police Officers in the death of 25yearold freddie gray saying his arrest was illegal, and his death was a homicide. States attorney Marilyn Mosby saying four of the six officers will be charged with manslaughter among other charges, but the driver of the van, officer caesar goodson, faces the most serious, the most damning.
