The Botswana Doctors Union (BDU) has issued a response to the recent court judgment delivered by Justice Annah Mphetlhe of the Industrial Court, concluding a legal dispute with government.
A decision by the Industrial Court to interdict Botswana based doctors from seeking redress regarding conditions of work has provoked an uproar in the medical profession and opened doors for mass exodus of doctors to overseas, a union representing doctors said this week.
