Waiving it to allow Program Models in hard to reach models will address these barriers and significantly expand the number of children we reach. Finally, the summer ebt demonstration demonstration projects provide another model. This model families of children receiving free or reduced Price School Meals are giving an ebt card to purchase food at Retail Stores in the summer.
