They were voicing their concerns on Issue 3 and urging a no vote in May. In the battle over Issue 3 and affordable housing in Cincinnati, one side has a lot more money than the other – but neither side cracked $100,000 in donations. The first campaign finance reports filed in the race – and the only ones we’ll see before the May 4 election – show that Keep Cincinnati Safe, the political action committee formed to defeat Issue 3, had raised a total of $90,000 as of Thursday.
