Police say a woman, visiting friends at the apartment house told them she was looking for more beer. When she asked residents in josephs apartment, thats when he allegedly held a gun to her throat. Ray Police Responded and confiscated a 40 caliber handgun was applied for and two days later, joseph was arrested. That arrest resulted in more charges. During that time it was found that he was also in possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and oxycodone pills.
