基隆市光一路1處豬肉攤商，驚傳8月7日、10日與13日凌晨，有老鼠直接爬到攤位上啃咬剛被屠宰後的溫體豬，老鼠啃食全程約30分鐘後才結束；被老鼠上門吃「全豬餐」的豬肉攤羅姓攤商說，以後屠宰溫體豬送來時他會在場，若他不在場，會用網子罩住，另外，在攤架柱子抹油，讓老鼠爬不上來。。基隆市衛生局食品藥物管理科長王翠雯表示，依食安法第8條訂定的「食品良好衛生規範準則」中規定，販賣食品的場所，應設置有效防止病媒侵入的設施。即使是攤商也要避免食品遭受汙染，如果經查獲未能有效防止病媒，則依食安法第44條命其限期改正，屆期不改正者，可處4萬元到2億元的罰鍰。
