MILFORD Thursday, at approximately 11:24 a.m., the Milford Police Department was contacted in regards to active arrest warrants out of O’Brien County and ongoing harassment.
During the investigation it was determined that the wanted male, Keaton Robert Leach, 26, of West Okoboji, had potential to be violent with law enforcement and was likely armed.
The region's tactical team was called in Thursday to aid in the arrest of a West Okoboji resident wanted on warrants issued in O'Brien County as well as allegations of ongoing harassment.
The Milford Police Department was contacted around 11:24 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22 regarding active warrants for 26-year-old Keaton Robert Leach.
