He has links to Burnley, Padiham and Blackburn. Jack Holland is wanted for theft of a motor vehicle. He is 6ft 2in tall of slim build with brown hair. He has links to Blackburn and Hyndburn. Kyle Granite is wanted for failure to appear at court and a serious assault. He is 5ft 10in tall of medium build with short light brown hair. He has links to Rishton and Blackburn.
