Vermont man charged in FBI sting to meet alleged underage Watervliet girl FacebookTwitterEmail ALBANY – An undercover FBI sting netted the arrest of a Vermont man accused of planning to meet an officer who had posed as a  Watervliet woman, offering him her 12-year-old daughter for sex. Thomas Cesiro, 66, of Rutland, a married father, described himself in conversations as a daddy and called his would-be child victim his little tramp and little precious princess slut all while unwittingly speaking to undercover officers, court papers alleged. Cesiro is charged in U.S. District Court in Albany with attempted enticement or coercion of a child. He was arrested Oct. 20 after he drove to a parking lot in Bennington to meet the would-be mother and daughter. On Monday, U.S. District Magistrate Judge Christian Hummel set Cesiro’s bond at $200,000, which he was expected to make and be under electronic monitoring.
