Later learned 20yearold Nathan Messer and 22yearold Seth Anderson were trapped on the top floor and died in that house fire. Lyon learned early this afternoon two men now 28yearold chris yenger and 27yearold zachary dye were arrested and are being held in the Wapello County jail each charged with two counts of felony murder for the deadly 2006 house fire. An investigation involving the one below county sheriff, Wapello County sheriff, the Iowa Division of criminal investigation and state fire marshall led to mondays arrests of yenger and dye.
