judge in boston. anything else you re picking up, brian? just that there is a swarm of media out here outside the courthouse now, wolf, waiting for any word. we re watching entrances, front and side, to see if any sign of these suspects arriving. and of course we re trying to dig on a name of the third suspect. we don t have it just yet. and i just want to show that picture once again. those two kazakhstan students now arrested by the fbi. this is when they visited last year. they visited times square together with dzhokhar tsarnaev, the 19-year-old suspect in the boston marathon bombings. two other students, two other friends, we re not showing their pictures, but we are showing the two kazak students together with dzhokhar tsarnaev. one of our cnn assignment editors is joining us right now. lawrence, you witnessed when these guys were picked up, these two students, is that right? yes. i was in new bedford when they
handcuffs and brought to an unknown location. there is a third person that lives in that building with the students. we were told by a neighbor either the ex or current girlfriend of dzhokhar tsarnaev. we re not sure if she s in custody, but she was living in the building. i tried to speak to her as well, she didn t want anything to do with me. we did not see her taken out into custody. this is just presumption, but she was in the building and had been taken into custody friday night. all three of them had been released and then authorities came back the next day and took the two into custody. i want to remind our viewers these are the two students visiting times square last year with dzhokhar tsarnaev. we took kazakhstan students these are the two kazak students arrested today by the fbi. there s a third person, a u.s. citizen arrested as well. we have not yet identified that
tsarnaev brother surrendered to authorities he was hiding out in that boat in watertown, massachusetts. during these past ten days, have these kazak students been detained or held or have they been free? what happened was is they were initially detained. i believe we have pictures of them taken into custody with handcuffs on that friday. it was a raid that took place prior to dzhokhar tsarnaev s capture. and we were told specifically that the reason there was such a heavy handed raid on that apartment is because they thought dzhokhar tsarnaev might be in that apartment. these two students and that third student i mentioned were all released. and then the next day immigration and customs control officers came back and placed these two kazak students in custody based on student visa violations. they have remained in custody
blossomed. and first there was bountygate, now there s spygate. the general manager of the new orleans saints is being accused of bugging the superdome to listen in on visiting coaches. there s talk of criminal charges, but mickey loomis is saying the report is 1,0000 plu false. a police dog sent in to end a high speed chase. apparently he worked it out. that s some nice maneuvers. up first this morning a dramatic turnaround in the trayvon martin case. the sanford, florida city commission voted to reject the police commissioner s resignation. last month he was blasted for not arresting trayvon martin immediately after the shooting, but now they question the fairness of removing him. chief lee is paying for the sins of past police officers. the police chiefs. he s been here he has been in office ten months. how do you steer a boat that big, mr. mayor? how do you steer a boat in ten months to a complete turnaround? you don t. heated discussion, in the meantime the
