LOWELL The majority of the middle and high school participants in the second annual Lowell Civics Day can’t vote, but they still made their voices heard during a Generation Citizen awards program held Monday morning that featured a keynote address by U.S. Rep. Lori Trahan.
LOWELL An eighth-grade class at Wang Middle School petitioned the City Council to expand bike lanes in the city’s road and neighborhood design plans, particularly around schools and on the north side of the Merrimack River.
