RALEIGH, N.C. - The Clemson volleyball team was able to win the first set, but ultimately dropped the final match of the season to North Carolina State in four sets (25-18, 14-25, 16-25, 22-25). The Tigers conclude the season with a 12-18 overall record and 3-15 in the ACC. For the Tigers, sophomore Camryn Hannah led the team finishing with 20 points and a double-double after recording 17 kills and 11 digs. This is Hannah’s third double-double of the season and 10th of her career. Graduate transfer Kaylee Martin followed Hannah with 11 kills to finish the season with 336. Ani Clark, Colleen Finney and Ava Pritchard also added to the Tiger’s kill count recording seven, six and four, respectively. Junior Mckenna Slavik finished with a team-high 38 assists.Defensively, freshman Devan Taylor led the team with 16 digs to finish her freshman campaign with 348. ATLANTA, Ga. - The Clemson volleyball team fell on Wednesday afternoon in three sets to No. 14 Georgia Tech in O’Keefe Gymnasium (7-25, 19-25, 16-25). With the loss, Clemson drops to 12-17 (3-14 ACC), while Georgia Tech improves to 22-5 (13-4 ACC). Sophomore Camryn Hannah led the charge for the Tigers with nine kills and one block assist for 9.5 points. Sophomore Colleen Finney followed closely behind her with eight points after finishing with six kills off 17 attacks to hit a team-high .294. Finney also picked up two block assists and the lone ace for Clemson. Graduate transfer Kaylee Martin added seven kills in the match to bring her career total to 1,861. Freshman Devan Taylor led the team with nine digs, while Mckenna Slavik had 18 assists and Ani Clark had two blocks. As a team, the Tigers got off to a slow start offensively but were able to turn it around later in the match to hit .364 in the second set and .250 in the third to finish with 28 kills and hit .216. CLEMSON, S.C. - The Clemson volleyball team came out swinging against No. 3 Pittsburgh but weren’t able to keep the momentum in its favor dropping the match in three sets (18-25, 19-25, 12-25). At the conclusion of the match, the team honored Crystal Childs, Kaylee Martin and Ava Pritchard on Senior Day for their dedication to the program in front of the 773 fans, the largest home crowd this season.
