KISKI TOWNSHIP POLICE CHARGED EDWARD REED JUNIOR AND KAYLA VOJTILLA WITH CHILD ENDANGERMENT. OFFICERS SAY THEY WERE CALLED TO THEIR BROWNSTOWN ROAD HOME ON AN UNRELATED MATTER. WHILE THEY WERE INSIDE, THEY DISCOVERED A COCKROACH AND FLORIDA INFESTATION, NO WORKING SEWAGE, GARBAGE SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE HOME AND SPOILED FOOD IN THE FRIDGE.
