Whereas we, the members of the Electoral College of the State of Louisiana, received 1,255,776 votes cast on behalf of President Trump, compared to 856,000 and 34 votes for his Democratic opponent. And whereas President Trump s vote total was the largest for any candidate for any office in the history of Louisiana. And whereas this extraordinary vote was a tribute to the wisdom and many great accomplishments of the president, it is appropriate to recount for our fellow citizens and for posterity a summary of what he has accomplished. Therefore be it resolved by the Electoral College of Louisiana meeting here in the Senate Chamber of the state capital that we commend the historic work of President Trum
