SEREMBAN, May 31 The case of celebrity couple Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and Muhammad Haris Mohd Ismail at the Magistrates’ Court here for violating standard operating procedures (SOPs) of the conditional movement control order (CMCO) has been postponed to June 23. Their lawyer Haresh Mahadevan.

Investigation papers on Neelofa, husband s interstate travel violation sent to AGC on Friday (May 21)

SEREMBAN (Bernama): The investigation papers regarding interstate travel charges against TV host-entrepreneur Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband Muhammad Haris Mohd Ismail have been sent to the Attorney General’s Chambers for further actionon Friday (May 21). Nilai OCPD Supt Mohd Fazley Ab Rahman said in a statement that the investigation papers were sent at 2.30pm. Regarding the issue of interstate travel to Nilai, the investigation papers were forwarded to the Attorney General’s Chambers for a decision relating to the matter in line with Clause (3) Article 145 of the Federal Constitution, ” he said. On Thursday (May 20), Muhammad Haris was charged on two counts of failing to comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP) of the conditional movement control order by not wearing a face mask and not scanning the MySejahtera app or recording his personal details manually to enter Kedai Naeem Carpet Sdn Bhd, Kawasan Perindustrian Nilai 3 on May 2.

Published on: Friday, May 21, 2021 By: Bernama SEREMBAN: Entrepreneur and celebrity Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor and her husband, Muhammad Haris Mohd Ismail (pic), pleaded not guilty in the Magistrate’s Court here with violating standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) at a carpet shop early this month. The charges against them were read out before Magistrate Mahyun Yusoff. Muhammad Haris, 26 was charged with two counts of failing to comply with the CMCO SOP, which were for failing to wear the face mask and also scan the MySejahtera application or write his name in the registration book to check-in at Kedai Naeem Carpet Sdn Bhd,  Kawasan Perindustrian Nilai 3, Nilai,  at 4pm last May 2.
