ACA International’s membership and the accounts receivable management industry are becoming increasingly diverse. In recognition of that growth and Black History Month, ACA is highlighting Black leaders’ voices and leadership in the ARM industry.
As of 2018, 32% of ACA members indicated they were women-owned businesses, while 6% reported they were minority-owned businesses, according to our most recent data in the 2021 advocacy booklet. Preliminary numbers from ACA member Kaulkin Ginsberg, which creates our State of the Industry reports, show the ARM industry workforce and bill collectors represent an even more diverse population.
