Darrell Brooks could call his mother to the stand and testify himself Monday, Oct. 24 before jury instructions begin in the Waukesha Christmas parade trial. This, after a shocking end to the third week of the trial which saw the defendant give the judge a "stare down" that she said scared her to the point where she had to call for a break in the proceedings.
Darrell Brooks brought more witnesses for his defense to the stand in his trial on Friday, Oct. 21. Brooks is charged in the November 2021 Waukesha Christmas parade attack.
