Abilene man indicted after allegedly holding woman against her will
A Taylor County grand jury Thursday indicted a man accused of attacking and locking up a woman against her will.
Johnathan Brown, of Abilene, was indicted on one count of aggravated assault stemming from the Dec. 31 incident.
According to court documents, Brown became upset with the victim after arriving at his residence following picking her up from her work. He grabbed a handgun and pointed it at himself, then at her while threatening to kill her.
He then locked her in a bedroom, the documents said.
She was held there for several hours, the documents said, with Brown coming in and physically harming her.
