BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â A well-known bar renovator made a pit stop in western New York for a meet-and-greet, Wednesday afternoon.
The host of Bar Rescue , Jon Taffer, visited the Tops location on Transit Road, in Depew.
Hundreds of fans lined up to get both an autograph and a photo with the New York native, only with the purchase of a bottle of one of his craft cocktail mix Taffer s Mixologist .
Tops public and media relations manager Kathy Sautter said, We re really lucky to have John Taffer s Mixologist products in our store. This is the only chain of supermarkets that his mixologists products is in, in the Northeast so Tops is very proud to have this in our stores.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â It s something not seen in more than a year as maskless people take to shopping. I feel like I should have (a mask) on it feels weird not having it on, Victoria Slisz, a shopper, said.
As shoppers poured into the Tops on Maple Road in Amherst Wednesday, it felt like a 50/50 split between the masked and maskless. For some not wearing masks, the decision to remove it wasn t an easy one. I sat in the parking lot trying to see if people were coming in with or without masks on, shopper Gretchen Berger said, I decided to not wear one because it didn t seem too crowded.
