Joan Louise Kobielus, 92, of Merrill, Wisconsin and Sun City, Arizona, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 3rd, 2023 at her winter home in Sun City, AZ.
"My grandparents left their house with nothing and were fully convinced they would lose everything," Courtney Halvorson said, "finding those pictures that are irreplaceable definitely brought happy tears and smiles to their faces."
