On Dec. 16, Elaine Reed, Soroptimist International of Eureka and Founder Region director District IV, Kathrine Andersen, Soroptimist International of the Redwoods member, and 2nd District Supervisor Michelle Bushnell helped judge the Garberville Lighted Parade. Winning entries were Best Lights by Eel River Café; Best Christmas Theme by Rootss 101; Best Youth Group by Miranda 4-H (pictured), Best Fire Department by Salmon Creek Fire District; and Judges Choice by Skyfish School.
