By Kathleen Heren Kathleen Heren is Rhode Island s long-term care ombudsman. I know we will all be more than happy when 2020 is behind us and the COVID-19 vaccination program is well underway in 2021. The availability of an approved COVID-19 vaccine will be a game-changer in our efforts to fight and wipe out this widespread disease.
