EASTPOINTE A Detroit police officer conducting a narcotics search at a home near Nine Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue Dec. 8 was nearly struck by a bag of suspected cocaine allegedly thrown from an upstairs window by a 41-year-old suspect. The suspect is now facing a list of charges.
EASTPOINTE A 26-year-old Detroit man has been charged with first-degree murder after Eastpointe police said that he shot his friend multiple times during an argument outside a home near Toepfer Road and Gratiot Avenue early Nov. 20.
