You can see how bands of rain are pushing up into philadelphia, falling apart a little bit, but providing us with a fairly steady rain its this heavy stuff thats pushing into glassboro and wilmington. The schuylkill expressway is wet. The pennsylvania turnpike, 95, 295, the jersey turnpike all wet and slow at this point. As we go to the coast, though, you can see a lot more yellow off the ocean, as this starts to push in, well see the rainfall amounts start to pile up in areas of Cape May County and Atlantic County the garden state parkway will be picking up ponding and puddling. As we go out live, the northern suburbs seeing the first of this rain, but as we move a little bit later into the rush hour it will get worse, as well. What started at a pool as a dispute has now led to a lawsuit and this mans fight to clear his name. Here is our matt rivers. Reporter the 25yearold sat down with Eyewitness News and rewatched the scene that he says changed his life. It was last september and coney was at harrahs pool after dark. He says a Security Guard asked him to leave saying that he had already left and wasnt allowed to reenter. Coney told her that wasnt true. Now they are looking to close loopholes in the philadelphia law that does not allow for prosecution of hate crimes against gays and lesbians. Good evening, im jessica dean. And im chris may. On monday, one by one, stone killed six members of an extended family that are now grieving the loss. Dead are his exwife nicole stone, Joanne Gilbert who is nicoles mom and pat hill, nicoles grandmother. Stone attacked stones nephew anthony flick who survived but he killed nina flick, a niece, eric john flick nicoles brotherinlaw.
