According to the police report:
Wichita Falls Police officers were sent to a family disturbance Saturday morning at the Deluxe Inn on Broad Street. The alleged victim told them her mother, Katherine Justice, had pulled a knife on her.
The victim said she and her mother stay in separate rooms at the motel and when the victim found out she was pregnant, she walked over to Justice’s room to give her the news. The daughter said Justice’s response was, “That ain’t my responsibility” and “Get the f-ck out of here”. While the victim talked to a friend outside, Justice came out of her room with a kitchen knife. The daughter said Justice pointed the knife at her and said, “I’m going to gut you like a fish!” She said Justice’s boyfriend was able to pull her back into the room. The victim’s boyfriend and another witness corroborated the daughter s story. Police tried to talk to Justice, but she refused to spea
