MATTAPOISETT Learn more about First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy’s project to restore the state room of the White House in a lecture hosted by the Mattapoisett Museum on January 14 from 6 to 7 p.m. via Zoom.
The lecture will be given by the Kennedy Library Foundation docent coordinator Katherine Gilliland. The lecture will give a behind-the-scenes look at the first lady s project to restore the rooms of the White House and preserve its history through archival documents and photographs from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library collections.
