A council discussion and workshop regarding a mask policy took about an hour and 15 minutes to wrap up Thursday night in a room full of nearly 50 people on both sides of the debate.

DUNCAN, Okla. (TNN) - A petition last week asked for Duncan City Council to discuss a mask mandate.. while it didnât happen at the actual meeting, it is on the agenda for a special workshop.
âAnytime you have citizens who are asking to explore and make decisions, I feel like we need to listen to them,â said Councilwoman Patty Wininger.
