Roxbury Weston Preschool fundraiser goes digital

Every year, Roxbury Weston Preschool hosts a spring fundraiser to bring the school community together, celebrate accomplishments and raise contributions toward the program’s annual budget. For its 50th anniversary a few years ago, the Roxbury Weston School Board hosted a soiree on the school grounds under a tent, complete with food trucks, live auction and touching speeches from program founders.
But in 2021, the fundraising team had to think differently.
“We knew it was more important than ever to bring our community together to celebrate and to raise critical funds for the program,” said Molly Gerrity, board vice president and fundraising chair.
