Cost is always going to be an issue. It is pretty straightforward and pretty simple. Dollars how many of you all in journalism say follow the money. It is about the money, and people are going to make choices and make decisions about whether or not to do things the cousin of how it affects their bottom line. E need to understand that we need to also understand that sometimes it is going to cost them money if they do not make these changes, and sometimes they can make changes that improve safety and improved efficiency.
