Thank you. Hello, good morning. I am the foreign minister of the republic of korea. I would like to thank the president of the Korea Foundation, the csis, secretary antony blinken, and all of the friends and supporters of the u. S. Korea alliance for inviting me to speak at todays forum. Let me first congratulate the Korea Foundation and csis on cohosting this forum today.
