What seemed like just minutes the park was full of people, exploring this corner of the waterfront. By all accounts, they liked it. We have a great lawn overlooking the bay. We have something that the neighborhoods of north beach and south beach do not have, a beach. [laughter] there is a gathering grove, a storm water garden, food trucks, and willie mccuvy returned perched gracefully on the shoreline of the china basin channel or some refer to it mccovey cove.
