A portion of the No. 4 Arkansas Razorbacks will compete in the New Mexico Collegiate Classic on Friday and Saturday in the Albuquerque Convention Center. The fourth meet of the season for the Razorbacks will see Wayne Pinnock opening in the long jump while also including the debut of transfer Jordan Anthony in the 60m.
Arkansas high jumper Romaine Beckford, the defending NCAA Indoor and Outdoor champion, improved his indoor career best to 7 feet, 5.25 inches (2.27) with his victory at the Razorback Invitational on Friday evening.
This weekend’s Razorback Invitational features an impressive field of 16 teams competing inside the Randal Tyson Track Center on Friday and Saturday. Five of the schools entered currently rank among the top 10 national ratings in the early indoor season.
