When Adam VanDonge first opened The White Linen three years ago, one of his main goals was to offer the Topeka community a fine dining restaurant with an intimate and romantic setting.
Now that he has accomplished that goal, VanDonge, owner and executive chef at The White Linen, wants to continue to provide new experiences for the capital city. That is why The White Linen will debut a brunch service at the beginning of 2021.
During the first weekend of every month, with the first brunch occuring Jan. 2 and 3, The White Linen will welcome guests for a unique brunch lineup.
Brunch will be served from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and patrons will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
