Baramulla, November 05 (Scoop News)-In order to promote and develop Culture at grass roots level, Shah Qalandar Folk Theatre in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages today organised a day long Folk programme at Government Degree College Boys Baramulla, here. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar participated in the event as the Chief guest while as the President MC Baramulla Tauseef Raina was the guest of honour. Programme was also attended by several noted academicians and prominent citizens, students besides Principal GDC Boys Baramulla.
