SRINAGAR: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has effected a minor reshuffle in the Police Department. By virtue of the order, Rakesh Balwal, who was repatriated to Manipur cadre recently, has been formally relieved as SSP Srinagar and replaced by Ashish Kumar Mishra.
