The owner of a beach bar who was handed a Covid regulation notice when he opened a week ago says he will be the first to serve drinks again in Cleethorpes.
Kash Pungi is gearing up to reopen The Beach Bar on Monday April 12, this time alongside other pubs, restaurants and cafes when the latest lockdown restrictions lift for service outdoors.

A beach bar at the centre of a Covid prohibition row is to remain closed while the owner pursues legal action.
Kash Pungi had opened The Beach Bar this week after lockdown restrictions eased on Monday by operating a click and collect system on alcoholic drinks, despite pubs and bars remaining closed through lockdown.
The premises on Cleethorpes North Promenade was so popular, customers waited 40 minutes to be served.

Kash Pungi had earlier told Grimsby Live that he would carry on serving throughout the rest of the holiday season despite receiving the council order to cease trading on Tuesday.
