Punjab starts education, placement cell for youth - Here s how to register
The government of Punjab has started a Foreign study and placement cell under Punjab Ghar Ghar Rozgar and Karobar Mission (PGRKAM). The department will provide free counselling to all the interested candidates.
The registration link will be active from February 21 to 25, 2021.
Interested candidates can register themselves by filling a google form online from February 21 to February 25. Registration link.
The candidates will have to provide all the details like their name, PGRKM registration number, mobile number, email-id, and postal address, etc.

Mohali: In a bid to promote livelihood, Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Saturday virtually kicked off a state-wide pro-poor scheme for Allotment of 7,219 Fair Price Shops (FPS) under his government’s flagship ‘Ghar Ghar Rozgar te Karobaar Mission’.
As a token gesture, the Chief Minister handed over allotment letters to five beneficiaries - Jatinder Pal Singh, Poonam, Jaswinder Singh, Vivek Sharma and Sukhdev Singh, all from Roopnagar. The event was marked by simultaneous distribution of 370 allotment letters to the beneficiaries in 64 Municipal Committees by various Ministers, MLAs and other dignitaries across the state, in the first phase of the scheme.

The Punjab Employment Generation and Technical Education Minister Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi congratulated the students for their successful placements in the MNCs and encouraged them to become a role model for the Youth of Punjab by sharing their success stories.
