New Delhi, Dec 11 (PTI) A miscommunication between the alleged shooters of Karni Sena chief Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi and their handlers over the escape plan from Rajasthan's Jaipur after the killing led to their arrest, according to Delhi Police officials.
The police had identified the alleged killers of Gogamedi as Rohit Rathore and Nitin Fauji, and announced a cash reward of ₹5 lakh for their information. | Latest News India
Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi, a member of Lokendra Singh Kalvi s Shri Rajput Karni Sena, rose to attention for his role in protesting Sanjay Leela Bhansali s Padmaavat. He eventually founded his own Karni Sena after a disagreement with the group. Gogamedi was the focus of protests in Rajasthan following the release of Deepika Padukone s Padmaavat and the Anandpal encounter case.
