A man sues a dental clinic and its dentists after suffering teeth damage during a dental procedure. The city consumer court orders the dentists to pay Rs 2 lakh in compensation and the clinic to refund Rs 50,000. The patient approached Sabka Dentist clinic in 2016 and paid Rs 34,000 for a yearlong procedure. The procedure lasted for more than two years and the patient had to pay an additional Rs 50,000. The removal of braces revealed damage to eight teeth and enamel of two more.
