On a complaint by Tabassum, wife of Karnataka Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao, who is Muslim, an FIR has been registered against Yatnal for malignant and wanton provocation under Section 153B of the IPC
Yatnal made the remark after Gundu Rao tweeted about a BJP leader who was detained and questioned by the National Investigation Agency in connection with the Rameshwaram cafe blast case.
